Title of Position:

Job Description: You will oversee daily operations and be responsible for staff management ensuring that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures. You will also monitor the restaurants financial performance and maintain budgeting goals. Additionally you will ensure product quality control standards are met as well as monitor and maintain the restaurants cleanliness. You will participate in staff recruitment and training drink recipe development scheduling staff shifts resolving guest complaints and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Your responsibilities also include preparing weekly reports managing inventory levels and overseeing the maintenance of the establishment. The main goal of the Restaurant Manager is to support and assist the General Manager in achieving the restaurants vision and maintaining its standards of excellence.

Qualifications:

The Restaurant Manager must have at least 3 years of managerial experience

Excellent customer service skills are required for the Assistant Manager

The Restaurant Manager must have strong leadership and communication abilities

Knowledge of food safety regulations is required for the Restaurant Manager

The Assistant Manager must have proficiency in using POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite products.
