About the Role:

Join Floor Coverings International of Northwest Central Orlando as a Design Associate where your creativity meets customer satisfaction! Youll have the opportunity to transform spaces and help clients select the perfect flooring solutions in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to understand their design preferences and flooring needs.
Create customized design plans that showcase various flooring options.
Present samples and designs to clients guiding them through the selection process.
Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless execution of design projects.
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice.
Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist in marketing efforts to promote services and attract new clients.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes.

Requirements:

Proven experience in interior design or a related field.
Strong knowledge of flooring materials and design principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Proficiency in design software and tools.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
