We are looking for a highly motivated Backend Engineer to join our Infrastructure & DevOps team. You will play a critical role in designing building and maintaining the backbone of our scalable cloud environments developer productivity applications and CI/CD systems. Your work will directly support engineering productivity and system reliability across the company.

Responsibilities

Design and develop internal software and applications using Java JavaScript Python and Shell.
Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate testing integration and deployment across a distributed development organization.
Support engineering workflows and release automation.
Containerize and orchestrate services using Docker ensuring consistency across development staging and production environments.
Manage services in Kubernetes (K8s) clusters supporting scalability and high availability across environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve deployment workflows monitor systems and respond to incidents.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to improving engineering standards tooling and processes.

Qualifications

B.S./M.S. in Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline.
3 years of software development experience in production environments.
Deep understanding of Docker image-building containerization and lifecycle management.
Hands-on experience with contemporary build tools and systems.
Experience with monitoring logging and observability tools is a plus.
Passion for clean maintainable code with a strong emphasis on automation and developer enablement.
Nice to have: Familiarity with major cloud providers such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).

$120000$164000 USD
