Job title: Commercial Corporate Account Handler
Salary: Up to 50k plus bonus and benefits
Location: Manchester (Hybrid)
PURPOSE OF ROLE
Lawes Consulting Group are partnering with a well-established and very well-respected Manchester Broker to add to a strong and growing team in the city centre. This is a great opportunity for the individual to have a clear progression route to step into an Account Executive role with clear path of leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to new business enquiries gather required information and support the preparation and presentation of quotes.
- Deal with MTAS Renewals
- Liaise with insurers to secure competitive terms that align with client needs and expectations.
- Assist with onboarding new clients ensuring all documentation and communications are accurate timely and professional.
- Support early-stage client relationships by identifying opportunities for additional coverage and helping to create a smooth and positive customer experience.
DAY-TO-DAY
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with insurer partners.
- Assist in market presentations and negotiations under the guidance of senior colleagues.
- A clear path of progression to step into an Account Executive role
EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in a commercial insurance role.
- Strong knowledge of UK commercial insurance products.
- Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Cert CII qualification desirable (or willingness to work toward it).
- A proactive driven and customer-first mindset.
