Responsibilities

• Take full clinical and operational ownership of the dispensary including workflow management and compliance
• Manage mentor and support pharmacists Dispensary Manager and technicians
• Contribute to the pharmacys long-term growth and genuine partnership strategy
• Oversee dispensing of 450 scripts per day on the FRED dispensing system
• Deliver 8CPA professional services including vaccinations
• Supported by the Retail Manager for seamless overall pharmacy operations

Roster & Structure

• Full-time minimum 38 hours/week
• Primarily Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends shared with other pharmacists
• Pharmacy open 7 days a week

What were looking for

• Bachelor of Pharmacy with AHPRA General Registration
• PIC experience or senior pharmacist ready to step up
• Strong leadership communication and organisational skills
• Confident with FRED dispensing system
• Vaccination accredited (or willing to obtain)
• Drivers licence preferred
