Job Summary
The Resort at Longboat Key Club is seeking a dedicated Overnight Cleaner (Kitchen) to join our team in Longboat Key FL. This role is integral to maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our kitchen facilities ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our staff and guests.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize kitchen floors walls equipment and surfaces following established protocols.
- Dispose of trash and waste in a timely and sanitary manner.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and dishwashers safely and efficiently.
- Restock cleaning supplies and report shortages.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to kitchen hygiene.
- Work overnight shifts maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure cleaning tasks are completed on schedule.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial kitchen cleaning or similar role preferred.
- Ability to work overnight shifts independently and reliably.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and comply with safety procedures.
