Job Responsibilities:
- Develop product strategies and roadmaps for Nateras precision medicine products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to inform product decisions.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback and business goals.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Work closely with engineering marketing and sales teams to product success.
- Track and analyze key product metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively diverse teams.
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management preferably in the healthcare or biotechnology industry.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $60000 - $85000 per year.
