Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation activities to identify potential customers
- Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team
- Respond to inbound inquiries and assist in converting leads into sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for generating new business
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities
- Participate in sales presentations and product demonstrations as needed
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in sales or business development role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Desired Experience:
- Experience in the healthcare or biotechnology industry
- Previous success in a quota-driven sales environment
- Knowledge of genetic testing and diagnostics is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
