Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation activities to identify potential customers
  • Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and assist in converting leads into sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for generating new business
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities
  • Participate in sales presentations and product demonstrations as needed

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in sales or business development role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Desired Experience:

  • Experience in the healthcare or biotechnology industry
  • Previous success in a quota-driven sales environment
  • Knowledge of genetic testing and diagnostics is a plus

Salary & Benefits:

The salary for this position ranges from $50000 to $100000 annually depending on experience and addition Natera offers competitive benefits package including health insurance retirement plans paid time off and professional development opportunities.
