Job Responsibilities:

Lead the product roadmap and vision for the healthcare consumer experience solution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and deliver new features and enhancements
Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for product innovation
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize product initiatives
Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success
Ensure product requirements are properly documented and communicated to the development team
Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve product usability
Stay current on industry best practices and technology advancements to drive product strategy

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in a related field
Proven experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS or healthcare technology company
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships
Experience with Agile development methodologies

Desired Experience:

Experience working in the healthcare industry particularly in revenue cycle management or patient engagement
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations healthcare payment processing
Masters degree in Business Administration or related field
Certification in Product Management or Agile methodologies

Salary & Benefits:
