Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the product roadmap and vision for the healthcare consumer experience solution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and deliver new features and enhancements
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for product innovation
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize product initiatives
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success
- Ensure product requirements are properly documented and communicated to the development team
- Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve product usability
- Stay current on industry best practices and technology advancements to drive product strategy
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS or healthcare technology company
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
Desired Experience:
- Experience working in the healthcare industry particularly in revenue cycle management or patient engagement
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations healthcare payment processing
- Masters degree in Business Administration or related field
- Certification in Product Management or Agile methodologies
Salary & Benefits:
