Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound cold calling emailing and networking.
- Set up appointments and demos for the sales team with potential clients.
- Generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Work closely with the sales team to strategize on account penetration plans.
- Track all activities in the CRM system and provide regular updates to management.
- Understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of Health iPASS solutions to potential clients.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales prospecting tools.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
