Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound cold calling emailing and networking.
  • Set up appointments and demos for the sales team with potential clients.
  • Generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Work closely with the sales team to strategize on account penetration plans.
  • Track all activities in the CRM system and provide regular updates to management.
  • Understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of Health iPASS solutions to potential clients.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales prospecting tools.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $55000 - $95000 per year
