Job Summary
Job Description: Product Manager at benel Solutions
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop product strategies and roadmaps in line with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch including defining features functionalities and enhancements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for product improvement.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to make data-driven decisions for future enhancements.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the software industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of software development processes and technologies.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management.
- Experience working with Association Management Software and Systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of data and database strategies.
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $54000 per year
- Maximum Salary: $78000 per year
