We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at benel Solutions. As a Sales Development Representative you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by generating new leads and qualifying potential customers. You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities contacting prospects and setting up meetings for the sales team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through outbound calls emails and networking
- Qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful conversion of leads
- Maintain an organized database of prospects and customer interactions
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams for continuous improvement
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of sales principles
- Attention to detail
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales-related role
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
