The Role
Responsibilities
- Subject Matter Expertise:Become the internal and external source of truth for A2P Messaging Compliance staying ahead of industry shifts and regulatory updates.
- Customer Advocacy:Act as the primary customer-facing resource for all compliance-related inquiries. You will guide clients through onboarding vetting processes and best-practice adoption.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with internal stakeholders (Sales Support and Legal) to ensure messaging strategies align with carrier requirements and industry standards.
- Product Development & QA:Work directly with developers to define and implement new messaging features. You will be responsible for QA testing these features to ensure they meet both functional requirements and compliance benchmarks.
- Technical Enablement:UseClaude Codeto streamline workflows analyze data or assist in technical documentation and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Communication Excellence:You must be a pro communicator. Whether its a high-stakes video meeting a detailed technical email or a quick Slack update you can convey complex information clearly and professionally.
- Technical Proficiency:Demonstrated experience working withClaude Codeor similar AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and technical output.
- Organizational Prowess:Ability to manage multiple projects customer tickets and development sprints without letting details slip through the cracks.
- Problem-Solving Mindset:A proactive approach to identifying potential compliance bottlenecks before they impact the customer.
Bonus Points (Preferred Skills)
- In-depth knowledge ofUS-based Messaging Compliance(10DLC Short Code Toll-Free).
- Familiarity with theCTIA guidelines and the broader messaging ecosystem.
- Experience managingVendor Relationswith Campaign Service Providers (CSPs) or Direct Connect Aggregators (DCAs).
