Job Summary

DeBra-Kuempel is seeking to fill a Tool Inventory Associate position in our Cincinnati Ohio location. The Tool Inventory Associate will help and assist with the inventory system used to track inspect and organize company assets. This position will also be critical in staying current with required OSHA Safety inspections. This job will require local and minimal overnight travel.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make Jobsite visits to inspect tools equipment and safety related items.
  • Daily local travel (Truck provided during working hours)
  • Minimal overnight travel maybe required.
  • Daily organization and log records of all inspections and jobsite visits.
  • Communication with Tool Manager on location of tools and equipment.
  • Working with Tool watch manager to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Creating and managing weekly inspection schedules.
  • Making sure OSHA standards and requirements are being met during inspections.

While visiting field locations the employee may be required to work outdoors be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical and electrical parts; high precarious places; dust fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions extended exposure to sunlight; cold and heat; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit see talk and hear. The employee is regularly required to use hands to finger handle or feel objects tools or controls. The employee is regularly required to walk reach with hands and arms climb or balance and stoop kneel crouch or crawl. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision distance vision peripheral vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to commute to field locations. The employee must have the ability to navigate around job site and be an approved driver per company Fleet and Driver policy.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • General computer skills required. Ability to learn and train on company programs.
  • High School graduate with minimum 2 years related work experience.
  • Construction industry knowledge is helpful.
  • Tool and equipment knowledge is required.
  • Must be detailed oriented efficient and self- motivated.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards is helpful.
  • Drivers license and good driving record required.
  • Current DOT Medical Card.
