Job Summary

Job Summary: The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving organizing picking packing and shipping materials. This role requires strong attention to detail reliability and the ability to work collaboratively to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer and team needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage

Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations

Pick and prepare orders accurately for shipment or customer pickup

Package materials securely to ensure safe transport

Maintain a clean organized and safe warehouse environment

Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks

Conduct periodic inventory counts and assist with inventory control

Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols

Support overall warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred

Ability to lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs. regularly)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Forklift experience is a plus (certification preferred but not required)

Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
