Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Level 1 Field Service Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals who have a strong technical foundation and are looking to grow in the medical imaging field. The ideal candidate will have 12 years of experience servicing general X-ray equipment or military equivalent from list below

Army

• 68A: Repairs calibrates and maintains medical diagnostic and treatment equipmentdirectly aligned with biomedical device repair.
• 91C: Maintains and repairs HVAC and refrigeration systemsprovides transferable electrical and mechanical system skills.
• 91D: Repairs and maintains power-generating systemsincludes electrical diagnostics applicable to medical equipment power systems.
• 15 Series (e.g. 15T 15R etc.): Troubleshoots and repairs helicopter systems including avionics hydraulics and electronicsstrong foundation in precision systems.

Air Force

• 4A2X1: Calibrates and repairs biomedical devices like X-rays and MRIexact match for hospital equipment work.
• 2A3X3: Maintains fighter aircraft systemsincludes hydraulics electrical and diagnostic components.
• 2A3X4: Repairs avionics systemscore electronic skills mirror medical imaging technology.
• 2A3X6: Maintains helicopter systemscross-training in avionics and mechanical diagnostics.
• 2A5X1: Handles airframe and powerplant maintenancebroad mechanical and electrical foundation.

• AE: Aircraft electrical system maintenanceskills directly transferable to imaging equipment diagnostics.
• AM: Repairs airframes and hydraulicsfluid system repair knowledge overlaps with large-scale med devices.
• AME: Maintains egress systemsemphasizes electro-mechanical precision similar to CAT scan tables and patient safety systems.
• AO: Handles weapons systemsincludes electrical components but less aligned with medical field.
• AT: Repairs and calibrates avionicsstrong foundation for transitioning to electronics-based medical equipment.
• PR: Maintains aircrew life support systemsfocused on survival gear electronics and mechanical interfaces with crossover potential.

• Perform installations calibrations inspections and basic repairs on general X-ray and ultrasound equipment
• Assist with preventive maintenance and documentation in line with OEM specifications
• Work with laptop-based diagnostic tools and hand tools to assess equipment performance
• Collaborate with senior technicians and customers to ensure proper operation
• Learn and adhere to safety performance and industry standards
• Travel to client sites within the assigned territory
