What Will You Do
- Perform DEXA scans (bone density and body composition) and guide clients through a seamless professional experience
- Own your scanning daysmanage your schedule equipment and client flow with autonomy
- Work in our storefront locations delivering consistent high-quality scans
- Handle light administrative work and equipment care
- Complete paid onboarding training (one week travel covered) to learn our systems and scanning protocols
Schedule
Full-time with 8-hour shifts. Start times typically range from 7:00am to 12:00pm. One weekend day per week required.Requirements
- New York State Radiography license
- OR ARRT certification (Radiography)
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $45/hour ($93600 annualized at 40 hrs/week)
- Performance Bonus: Up to 7% of base annually ($6552)half paid in cash ($3276) half in stock options
- Team Revenue Bonus: $500/month when we hit monthly goals ($6000 annuallywe hit our goals 9 out of 12 months in 2025)
- Total Cash Compensation: Up to $102876
- Equity: Stock options through performance bonus and additional grants based on performance
