Key Accountabilities/ Execution:

Assist in the management of accounts receivable and collection activities.
Communicate with customers to resolve outstanding invoices and payment issues.
Support the preparation of collections reports and documentation.
Maintain accurate and organized records of customer accounts and transactions.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely collection of payments.
Participate in month-end closing activities and audits.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Collections Team Leader

Qualifications/Requirements:

Ongoing university studies in Finance/ Accounting/ Economics/ Business & Management or equivalent
Active written and verbalfluency in English
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to organize assess and prioritize tasks
Team Player mentality and ability to work in an international and dynamic team
Curious to learn and self-driven to identify improvement points
Strong sense of collaboration to help in multiple tasks
Independent proactive and flexible working approach
