Job Summary
The Planner supports the supply chain team by analyzing demand inventory and production data to ensure optimal planning and scheduling. This Role is for professionals with more than 3 years of experience in supply chain planning and operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets.
- Track progress manage risks and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with teams and allocate resources effectively.
- Maintain project documentation and communication.
- Lead post-project reviews to identify improvements.
- Production & Supply Planning
- Analyze data to support production forecasts.
- Maintain planning models and generating reports.
- Collaborate to ensure material availability.
- Monitor inventory and recommend adjustments.
- Support planning process improvements.
- Ability to have project update meetings with managers and directors.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in business management or related field
- 3-5 years in planning logistics or supply chain.
- Strong analytical skills Excel proficiency familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) good communication.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Conversational and Written English 85-90% fluent.
PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
- The role is primarily based in a manufacturing facility requiring regular site visits and interaction with production teams.
- Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety protocols.
- The role involves extended periods of sitting in front of a computer.
- Occasional standing or walking may be required during meetings presentations or site visits.
- Work is primarily conducted in an office environment with controlled temperature and lighting.
