In this dynamic environment we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven DataGovernanceSpecialist(Senior Associate)to join our Technology Advisory team.

• Collaborate with clients to design and implement tailored data and AI governance operating modelsand policiesthat articulate roles responsibilities and processes. This includes structuring data governance committees and defining clear roles of data stewardsownersand custodiansfrom business and technical teams

• Assistin executing Governance frameworks ensuring processes such as data criticality data quality datalineageand data modelling are effectively integrated into day-to-day operations. Support the transition from design to execution ensuring adherence to best practices and guidelines

• Work closely with clients stakeholders to evaluate current datagovernance andmanagement practices providing targeted recommendations towards the establishment of a fit-for-purpose data governanceframeworksutilizingindustry benchmarks and good practices

• Support clients inestablishingdetailed data lineage mapping processes documenting data flows from source systems through transformations to their final use

• Guide clients in assessingselectingand employing data governance tools tailored to specific needs and existing technological environments. Explore AI-powered solutions where applicable to enhance data management efficiencyand effectiveness

• Conduct training sessions and workshops to equip client teams with knowledge on data governance and quality policies methodologies processesstandardsand tools

• Develop reports and dashboards tomonitorthe performance of data governance processesidentifyingareas for improvement based on key metrics and KPIs

• Develop clear and visually engaging presentation decks to effectively communicate data governance strategies and insights

• Contribute to developing comprehensive technical and financial proposals work plans productplaybooksand pitch decks to support business development efforts in the areas of data governance consulting services

What you bring matters

• University degree in Computer/ Data Science or other relevant fields. Advanced degrees (MBA and/or otherMasters Degree) are viewed favorably

• Two(2) to Five (5) yearsof relevant experience in datagovernance datamanagementand implementation of governance frameworks

• Understanding of AI technologies and their application in data governance

• Experience with data governance tools such as Informatica Collibra IBM Infosphere MicrosoftPurview is highly regarded

• Experience inEnergyor Banking sector is highly appreciated

• Proventrack recordof executing high-impact projects across various industry practices from a consulting or technical implementation perspective Expertise in building something from scratch and seeing it through; envisioning the big picture settinggoalsand developing programs from concept to execution

• Clear and concise spoken and written communication style tailored toeach specificaudiences with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
