Job Summary
Maintenance Engineer
About the role
We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer responsible for ensuring that all equipment and facilities operate in optimal condition. This role manages and executes preventive predictive and corrective maintenance activities provides technical support to maintenance staff and ensures production requirements are met through proper planning and availability of spare parts and materials.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise internal and external personnel during preventive predictive and major corrective maintenance activities.
Ensure preventive maintenance is completed within the planned schedule (maximum 7 days from planned date).
Attend complex corrective failures that cannot be resolved by technical staff; coordinate with equipment manufacturers when required.
Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance personnel.
Design and implement maintenance strategies procedures and methods.
Plan and agree with production teams on maintenance schedules and execution dates.
Maintain equipment safety functionality and proper operating conditions.
Service inspect troubleshoot and replace faulty or obsolete equipment.
Supervise preventive maintenance of compressors and hydraulic systems.
Control order and manage spare parts and maintenance materials.
Review daily work orders and prepare maintenance reports in the company system.
Report major incidents maintenance needs and operational issues to the maintenance leader on a daily basis.
Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanics Electricity Automation Mechatronics or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance roles (engineer supervisor or senior technician).
Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
