Job Summary
On behalf of our client a versatile and innovative technology company which can ensure career growth and development within an innovative friendly and rewarding environment we are looking to recruit an experienced DevOps Engineer.
Duties and responsibilities
Build maintain and automate CI/CD pipelines using GitLab
Support containerized and virtualized environments across OpenShift and Kubernetes clusters
Monitor troubleshoot and document infrastructure and deployment processes
Collaborate with developers and team members to streamline build deployment and release processes
Requirements and skills
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
1-5 years of previous experience
Good understanding of or experience with Linux-based environments and networking
Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD concepts
Interest or hands-on exposure to containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes/OpenShift)
Familiarity with version control (Git)
Eagerness to learn modern DevOps tools and practices
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills
Additional skills:
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Ansible Terraform)
Understanding of secure deployment practices and the OWASP Top 10
