The role
A Lettings Negotiator plays a key role in managing the lettings process from first enquiry through to move in. This is an office based position focused on negotiation deal progression and delivering a smooth experience for both landlords and tenants.
Day to day you will handle incoming enquiries register and qualify applicants negotiate terms agree lets and progress tenancies through referencing and legal stages. You will liaise closely with landlords and third party contacts while keeping all parties informed until completion.
Driving and transport
A driving licence is not required
A pool car is available for business use
No requirement to own a vehicle
Having a licence and your own car would be ideal but not essential
The ideal candidate
Lettings or estate agency experience isEssential!

Strong communication and organisational skills
Comfortable working in a fast paced office environment
