As part of a maternity leave replacement we are looking for an 80% (part-time) Customer Service Representative to join our Swiss-German customer service team based in Nyon

Tasks
Your Responsibilities
- Maximize customer satisfaction
- Follow up on client requests
- Implement monitor and ensure high-quality service levels
- Collaborate with sales and management teams
- Communicate proactively and positively to resolve issues
- Participate in company-wide projects
Requirements
Your Profile
- Strong verbal and telephone communication skills
- Team spirit and initiative
- Energetic independent and sociable
- English is essential French is a plus
- Good command of IT tools
- Knowledge of the construction sector is an advantage
- Excellent spelling and writing skills in both languages
