About the Role
This opportunity is suited to someone based in the Toronto area who is open to remote flexible work within the personal development space. Youll be engaging with people who have already expressed interest in personal development supporting them through a clear process and working alongside a like-minded growth-focused community. This is not a clinical or therapeutic role and it is not 1:1 coaching.

What Youll Be Doing

Engaging in warm professional conversations with individuals interested in personal development
Sharing information about programs and next steps
Following a structured system for communication and client engagement
Participating in ongoing training and personal growth
Managing your time independently in a remote setting

What Were Looking For

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Confidence working independently and managing your own schedule
Comfortable using online systems and digital tools
Previous experience in coaching education health wellness or client-facing roles is helpful but not essential.
