Job Summary

Job DescriptionCommunity Service Agents (CSA) are responsible for completing community cleanups after major events in an effort to ease the burden on the City of Kingstons waste management services. CSAs will not be regularly scheduled but instead will work only on the days followingevents that often require cleanup such as Homecoming or Orientation Commitment and RemunerationPart-time 8-month term from September1-April will be required to attend mandatory training in the part-time AMS staff must be enrolled in at least 18.00 credit units (60percentof a full course load as determined by ones program) both at the time that they apply and for the duration of their term and have paid the full slate of AMS mandatory feesincluding the AMS Membership all training sessions to become familiar with thedepartment and adhereto the general operations ofthedepartmentBe productive efficient and attentive in completing assigned tasks during shiftsRespect and adhere to all procedures as outlined in theserviceDiscipline PolicyFollow all AMS policy as outlined in theVolunteer Policy and Procedures ManualAttend scheduled meetingsComplete regular Community Cleanups around key dates (Homecoming St. Patricks Day etc.)Useful ContactsCommissioner of External Affairs Commissioner of External
