About the Role
In this opportunity as Business Development Manager Legal you will:
Drive growth within a defined NZ legal territory byacquiringnew customers and expanding value within existing accounts to meet sales targets.
Build strong trusted relationships withnew and existing customers.
Lead fullcycle salesfrom prospecting and discovery to demos solution design negotiation closingandmaintainaccurateforecasting.
Deliver highimpact demos workshops and trials that clearlydemonstratevalue and accelerate adoption.
Collaborate closely withCustomer SuccessManagement Commercial Excellence SegmentProduct andMarketingteams todeliver results.
Act as the voice of the customer internally contributing insights toProduct andSegment teamsand ensuring smooth handover toour Customer Success Management team.
Maintain strong market awarenessandcompetitive insights.
About You
Youre a fit for the role of Business Development Manager Legalif you have the following required qualifications:
Minimum of5years experience in a professionalB2Bfield sales or SaaS business development roleideally within thelegalindustry or selling AI solutions/software.
Demonstratedtrack recordof success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Curiosity and comfort in working with AI-driven technologies.
Understanding oflegal workflows research processesand/or the broader legal industry(preferred).
Excellent active listening negotiationpresentationand consultative sales skills and a customer-centric approach.
Commercial acumen and ability toidentifyopportunities inassigned territory.
Ability to partner effectively with the widergo-to-marketteamsand internal stakeholders.
