The Opportunity

This role will engage with customers internalteamsand executive leadership to aggregatesynthesize and strategically communicateinsights from Adobes priority customers across the extendedDigital Experiencenetwork. Creating a virtual feedback loop into Adobes Executive LeadershipDX AmericasSales Product Marketing and Sales Enablement organizations.This role willbe responsible fordeveloping and executing a communication strategyaround our customer growth initiatives.It will increase the speed and consistency by which field insights are captured and communicated across theAmericas DXorganization. Driving initiatives to better understandDXcustomerspriorities andidentifythe findings needed to ensure Adobe captures the highestcustomerwallet share.

This candidate will have the enterprise experience vital to discern key customer patterns and trends; developing strategic and actionable points of view to amplify across the organization and enable speed of execution. Withdemonstratedsuccess standing up global customer programs across matrixed enterprise organizations and a proventrack recordof fostering cohesion anddrivingstrategic initiatives forward. This role is considered pivotal in helpingourDXfield sales gain customerinsights andmove with increased pace and knowledge as Adobes new generative services are introduced.

The role willwork closely withtheGM/VPAmericas Enterprise Sr. Director of Americas Sales OperationsandSalesleaders in the United States Latin America andthePublic Sectorto ensure a clear understanding of AdobesDXstrategy and team initiatives.This candidates customer acumen program management capabilities andstrong communicationskills will ensure consistent andtimelycustomer information flow across the organization. Helping the team prioritize their sales efforts.

This role will also require a leader to create a series of targetedAmericas EnterpriseDXinitiatives with the goaltobetter understand and communicate our customers priorities while armingsales leadersmore efficiently and effectively with real time customer feedback.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelors degree inBusiness OperationsFinanceor related field

  • 10yearswork experience in program management process management processimprovementorequivalent experience

  • 5 experience in sales execution or sales operations

  • 5 years of experience in communications including stakeholder engagement cross-functional collaboration and executive-level messaging

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $$323350 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge skillsand experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

In California the pay range for this position is $223300 - $323350

At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
