SENIOR MANAGER BUSINESS SERVICES L&D PRACTICE Ready to run the show shake things up and still look good in stakeholder meetings

Were looking for a proper Learning & Development rockstar with serious swagger to own the UK territory L&D game at the next level.

This isnt your average design a few e-learning modules and call it a day role.

What were hunting for:

5- 8 years experience in leading multi-disciplinary Learning and Development teams in a Global delivery environment.
A relevant bachelors degree (NQF Level 6 or 7) in Human Resources Education Business Administration Organizational Development or equivalent
A Diploma or Masters degree (NQF Level 8) in Leadership Business Management (MBA) would be advantageous
