Job Summary

As a Senior Test Automation you will:

Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities across the test lifecycle including planning preparation execution and closure.
Drive and coordinate testing efforts during BAT (Business Acceptance Testing) and SIT (System Integration Testing) phases.
Manage testing activities for multiple parallel initiatives within large-scale complex programs.
Design implement and execute automated and manual test strategies aligned with project goals.
Oversee defect identification logging tracking prioritization and resolution using defect management tools.
Ensure alignment of testing activities with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Provide clear communication on test progress risks quality metrics and release readiness to stakeholders.

What You Bring to the Table:

810 years of hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance within complex delivery environments.
Strong expertise in testing methodologies test lifecycle management and quality assurance best practices.
Extensive experience in BAT and SIT testing phases.
Proven track record of managing testing across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Solid experience with test automation and automation testing practices.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure environments and digital delivery platforms.
Experience using defect and test management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
Background working within Agile ways of working as well as Waterfall methodologies.

You Should Possess the Ability to:

Lead testing efforts across complex programs while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
Analyze requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios and automation strategies.
Identify risks early and make sound decisions to mitigate quality issues.
Balance automation and manual testing approaches to optimize testing effectiveness.
Adapt quickly to changing project needs and delivery models.
