Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Facility Supervisor to manage day-to-day site operations and supervise on-ground teams. The candidate will act as the link between the Facility Manager site staff and clients ensuring smooth operations and quick issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily facility operations at assigned sites.
Manage and monitor housekeeping security and technical staff.
Ensure staff attendance discipline and grooming standards.
Coordinate basic maintenance activities (electrical plumbing civil).
Report breakdowns and escalate issues to the Facility Manager.
Assist in quick manpower replacement in case of absenteeism.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure SLA compliance.
Maintain basic records (attendance complaints vendor visits).
Support site handover and takeover activities.

Requirements
Key Requirements
24 years of experience in facility / site supervision.
Basic knowledge of housekeeping security and maintenance operations.
Ability to supervise teams and handle workers effectively.
Willingness to work on-field and handle multiple tasks.
Good communication skills (Kannada mandatory; English preferred).
Two-wheeler preferred for site movement.

Required Skills:
Experience & Skills: 6 to 8 years of experience in mall leasing or commercial real estate. Strong knowledge of the retail and commercial real estate industry. Excellent network of CEOs and business heads in the retail sector. Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Performance Metrics: Occupancy rate & tenant retention. Revenue growth from leasing activities. Market competitiveness and tenant mix quality. Timely execution of lease agreements. Compliance with legal and financial regulations. Submission of monthly MIS reports.
