Job Description:

Bright India Stainless Steel Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Factory Supervisor to oversee daily factory operations at our Kosapur Madhavaram facility. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in managing factory workers ensuring smooth production and maintaining discipline and safety within the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day factory operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Manage and monitor factory workers and assign tasks accordingly.
Ensure production targets are met on time.
Maintain discipline safety and cleanliness within the factory premises.
Monitor machine operations and report any issues to management.
Coordinate with management regarding production planning and manpower requirements.
Ensure proper handling and storage of materials.
Maintain daily production and work reports.

Required Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Ability to manage workers and production schedules effectively.
Basic knowledge of factory operations and safety procedures.
Hardworking and responsible attitude.

Preferred Candidate:

4 to 5 years of experience as a Factory Supervisor or similar role.
Experience in any manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
Ability to handle long working hours and manage factory operations efficiently.
