ミッション

商業施設ホテル等管理物件の資産価値向上を目指し実行すること

仕事内容

商業施設を中心とする施設の運営管理

クライアントビルオーナーとの関係構築

入居テナントとの賃金交渉請求トラブル時対応等のテナント対応業務

空室区画にテナントを誘致するリーシング業務

修繕工事の計画立案発注手続き等の建物維持管理業務

管理物件の収支を計算する会計レポートを含む月次のレポーティング業務予算作成業務

働き方

オンサイトに常駐しメンバーと協力して業務を遂行いたします

非常に駐在物件の場合一人当たり710棟程度を担当します

実力次第で業務の幅を広げていくこと年齢社歴に負けず昇格できる環境です

求められる経験知識スキル

商業施設の管理経験不動産業界出身者歓迎

クライアントビルオーナーとの関係性を構築できるコミュニケーション能力

物件関係者設備管理会社社内事務担当者等と手数料に運営できるマネジメント能力
