Role Summary
We are hiring a Creative Designer who specializes in video-first content from short-form social videos to long-form branded content.
This role is execution-heavy and impact-driven. You will transform raw ideas scripts and footage into high-performing motion assets that support marketing branding and demand generation.
Speed clarity and creativity matter and AI-powered workflows are expected to improve production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Edit short-form videos (Reels TikTok Shorts Ads)
Edit long-form videos (YouTube webinars brand videos)
- Add motion graphics captions transitions and basic animations
Optimize video formats per platform requirements
Collaborate with copywriters and strategists for storytelling alignment
Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets
Use AI tools for editing acceleration captioning and ideation
Manage multiple creative tasks with tight timelines
Must-Have Skills
25 years experience in video editing / creative design
Strong proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro After Effects CapCut Final Cut
Understanding of short-form video performance dynamics
Ability to follow creative briefs while adding creative input
Experience using AI tools (Runway Descript Adobe AI CapCut AI etc.)
Strong visual storytelling skills
Portfolio or website with video samples (required)
Good-to-Have Skills
Motion graphics or light animation skills
Experience editing performance ads
Familiarity with branding and design systems
Knowledge of sound design and pacing for social platforms
Experience with thumbnails or basic graphic design
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
Volume and consistency of delivered assets
Engagement metrics (watch time retention CTR)
Platform-specific performance benchmarks
Turnaround time per asset
Creative quality and brand alignment
Feedback iteration speed
