Role Summary
We are looking for a Content Copywriter who lives at the intersection of strategy storytelling and search intent.
This role focuses on creating SEO-driven content high-converting copy long-form articles blogs and scripts that support brand authority lead generation and organic growth.
You will work closely with marketing strategists SEO specialists and creative teams to turn ideas into structured scalable content assets. Efficiency matters AI is a tool not a crutch.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how content drives business outcomes not just traffic.
Key Responsibilities
Write SEO-optimized blog articles landing page copy and long-form content
Develop content outlines briefs and keyword-mapped structures
Create video scripts social captions and email copy aligned with brand voice
Repurpose long-form content into multi-channel formats
Optimize existing content for search intent CTR and readability
Collaborate with SEO and marketing teams on content calendars and campaigns
Use AI tools to accelerate research drafting and optimization
Maintain consistency in tone positioning and messaging
Must-Have Skills
25 years experience in copywriting or content marketing
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals (keywords intent on-page)
Proven ability to write clear persuasive and structured content
Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT Jasper Surfer Notion AI etc.)
Ability to self-edit and optimize content for performance
Portfolio or website showcasing published work (required)
Comfortable working with briefs deadlines and feedback loops
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with B2B or performance-driven content
Knowledge of conversion copywriting
Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress Webflow Shopify)
Understanding of analytics tools (GA4 Search Console)
Experience repurposing content for social or email
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
Content output volume & consistency
SEO performance (rankings impressions organic traffic growth)
Engagement metrics (time on page bounce rate)
Conversion contribution (assisted leads CTR)
Turnaround time and adherence to briefs
