We are seeking an experienced Event Marketing Manager to lead the planning execution and optimization of our event marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive event strategies that drive engagement with executive Sellers and business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills creative thinking and the ability to deliver exceptional event experiences that align with our business objectives.
Key job responsibilities
1) Manage all aspects of event planning and execution from initial concept development through post-event analysis and reporting.
2) Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including business product internal marketing and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery.
3) Oversee event budgets timelines and resources while maintaining the highest standards of quality and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
4) Lead the development of compelling event content that resonates with executive-level Sellers.
5) Drive pre-event promotional activities on-site execution and post-event follow-up to maximize attendee engagement and ROI.
6) Track and analyze event performance metrics gather attendee feedback and provide actionable insights to continuously improve future events.
7) Maintain relationships with key stakeholders vendors and partners to ensure successful event outcomes and identify opportunities for strategic partnerships.
- Candidates are expected to possess a bachelors degree in marketing Communications Business Administration or a related field along with a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in in-house event management.
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing both virtual and in-person events of varying scales is essential.
- The ideal candidate will have proven project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to details and meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential as this role requires collaboration with diverse stakeholders at different organizational levels. The candidate should demonstrate creative problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Experience in premium customer event management and brand building will be highly preferred.
