DescriptionProvides end-to-end customer support in the following areas: (1) contract and order management (2) logistics and solution delivery and (3) billing and invoicing. Coordinates between relevant internal and external parties and ensures timely and accurate execution of sales (lead-to-order) and especially delivery (order-to-cash) processes. Executes global standards and practices at the local level.
ResponsibilitiesContributes to and assists with efforts to proactively support Sales and related business management processes. With guidance provides administrative and transactional services in areas such as: Sales proposal and contract development. Sales order customer and supplier documentation. Administration production and submission of bid / tender responses. Data gathering and development of pricing information sales forecasts and revenue and margin information. Sales funnel tool administration including monitoring data to ensure compliance with company standards and practices. Maintains and updates customer sales records including sales pipeline and contract details. Maintains and updates the submitted bid library. Receives responds to and appropriately routes sales / customer correspondence and requests for information. Maintains records and filing systems retrieving information as required. Partner with other cross functional teams to deliver superior sales support services. Supports special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Diploma or equivalent work experience required. Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Sales Operations Regional. Good business English skills (Written and spoken).Preferred QualificationsExperience of working with data driving analytics and reporting. Able to demonstrate attention to detail and delivery to timelines. Conceptual knowledge of order management processes ideally gained in a Retail or Banking product environment. Demonstrated relationship building skills. Proficient in all MS Office products with an emphasis on Excel PowerPoint Word and Teams
