The Business Relations Representative will represent WCBL to establish professional relationships. They are responsible for calling on adult and pediatric markets including specialists in vascular orthopedic and neurosurgery. Additionally calling on sports medicine podiatry rehab and pain management skilled nursing facilities rehabilitation facilities and other medical providers to plan coordinate and personally execute sales efforts to maintain and grow WCBLs full portfolio of products and services while fostering an interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.
This territory encompasses: Pinellas Pasco Hernando & Citrus Counties
Essential Duties for Business Relations Representative:
Representative must grasp and understand WCBLs entire portfolio of products and services offered and adhere to the brand message.
Communicates with WCBL location site managers to collaborate and ensure office goals are being met as well as the administrative team for help collecting paperwork.
Communicating with clients and potential leads to identify and understand their service needs and suggesting products and/or services to meet those needs.
Communicate with patients on an as needed basis to assist with peer visits.
Alerts clients of new products services and enhancements that may be of interest.
Ensures client satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolve any issues that may arise.
Conducts sales calls (inside and outside as market requires) to hospitals surgeons physicians staff therapists and other opportunities in assigned region.
o A minimum average goal of documented on-site field and telephone calls per week will be expected.
Enter contacts opportunities service issues outcomes and follow-up plan into CRM program.
Deliver hospital or office in-services on products and services.
Monitor competitor products sales and marketing activities.
Actively represent company at continuing education symposiums trade association meetings and amputee events to promote products and services may include nights or weekends.
Meet sales goals set with a supervisor to guarantee that the assigned territory is growing appropriately and sales goals are being met.
Collaborates with marketing to assist with company goals creating new and updating existing collateral community education events and social media content.
Performs other duties as assigned in appropriate timeframe.
Required Skills:
A valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Able to lift 25-50 pounds on a regular basis.

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelors degree preferred
Experience in sales required
Experience in healthcare required
Experience with patient management software preferred
Experience in orthotic and prosthetic devices preferred
