Talent Acquisition Executive (Kota Damansara)

We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented Executive to join our Talent Acquisition this pivotal role you will act as a strategic partner to our business leaders identifying and attracting top-tier talent to fuel AnyMind Groups rapid expansion. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding while actively contributing to a culture of knowledge sharing and excellence within the HR department.

What Youll Do

• Identify future hiring needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions and specifications to attract the right talent.
• Collaborate closely with department managers to compile consistent and accurate requirements for open positions.
• Attract suitable candidates proactivelythrough various channels including databases online employment forums social media and professional networks.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews sorting through applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pipeline.
• Assess applicants knowledge skills and experience to ensure the best fit for the role and the company culture.
• Manage the administrative aspects of recruitment including completing necessary paperwork for new hires.
• Champion the companys reputation and employer brand positioning AnyMind Group as a premier employment opportunity in the market.
• Prepare and provide regular recruitment reports to team managers to track hiring progress and metrics.
• Work autonomously within established procedures while seeking guidance on complex aspects of the process when necessary.
• Contribute to a knowledge-sharing environment by providing guidance to colleagues and assisting in the training of junior team members.

Who You Are

• Possess a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or a related field of study.
• Have 1-2 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar recruitment role.
• A dedicated human resources practitioner with strong interpersonal skills keen to motivate educate and effectively connect with people regarding HR matters.
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• An attentive listener who is understanding empathetic and personable in all professional interactions.
• Uphold high standards of honesty ethics and dependability.
• Possess a positive go-getter attitude with a drive to achieve results.
