This Deputy Nurse Manager role is ideal for an experienced Deputy Nurse Manager looking to take the next step in nursing home leadership. You will support the management team in leading clinical standards and day-to-day operations while helping a dedicated team deliver outstanding nursing and dementia care.

What Youll Need

Active NMC registration (RGN).

Background in nursing home settings (nursing dementia residential).
Strong knowledge of compliance audits and clinical governance.
Confidence supporting staff performance and clinical leadership.

What Youll Do

Support the Home Manager in overseeing clinical and operational standards.
Act as senior clinical decision-maker in the managers absence.
Lead by example on the floor supporting and guiding nursing teams.
Oversee audits care plans risk assessments and governance processes.
Help ensure safe effective and person-centred care across the home.
