Job Purpose:
As a guide for the factorys digital and intelligent transformation it helps the operations team smoothly master digital intelligence tools by coordinating resources organizing training and promoting best practices thereby optimizing processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
As a driver of digital and intelligent projects implement the companys digital transformation strategy. Collaborate closely with departments such as production quality supply chain and manufacturing engineering to advance the implementation of digital solutions.
Identify and analyze the impacts of digital and intelligent transformation on personnel and processes. Develop communication plans in advance facilitate cross-departmental workshops and meetings foster consensus-building and promote collaborative design of solutions.
Assist business departments in data analysis and translate insights into actionable process improvements tracking outcomes for effectiveness.
Establish and maintain a long-term feedback channel to continuously collect user pain points and improvement suggestions refining and conveying them to technical teams.
Assess digital and intelligent skill gaps across different teams. Design organize and deliver customized training programs as well as conduct internal training to enhance digital literacy across the organization. Develop easily understandable training materials operation guides video tutorials and knowledge bases.
Collect and document successful cases of digital and intelligent applications. Promote these cases through internal channels to foster a positive digital intelligence culture.
Continuously learn about new technologies in smart manufacturing and apply and promote them in projects.
Stay updated with national industry and association standards related to digital and intelligent transformation. Analyze gaps between company practices and these standards to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or above in Computer Science Automation Industrial Engineering Mechatronics or related fields.
5 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing with preference given to candidates with experience in digital and intelligent project implementation.
Strong learning ability and problem-solving mindset.
Excellent project management and cross-departmental communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
