About Us
We are a full-service HVAC building automation chiller and retrofit contractor with a reputation for combining high-quality consulting services with customized energy solutions. Our integrated single-source solutions include turnkey in-house capabilities with design assistance as well as engineering applications and automated control systems.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Create and manage design submittals RFIs and change orders
- Work with the Quality Control manager to create review and edit required quality control documents
- Manage designers subcontractors and vendors to ensure required design & installation information (is provided correctly and on-time.
- Review subcontractor & engineering performance and provide feedback to the Project Manager.
- Coordinates purchase of necessary supplies equipment and services from appropriate sources and maintains proper inventory control maintenance and consumable supplies.
- Authority to review and approve design submittals to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in engineering construction management or business management.
- 3 years working experience in HVAC or building controls.
- Must have knowledge of submitting written proposals scopes of work scheduling and coordinating site contractors and other assigned personnel; a thorough understanding of preventive maintenance schedules and operations and the ability to meet demanding customer requirements.
- Must have strong verbal and listening communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette as well as professional friendly demeanor.
- Proven ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of work with extreme accuracy and adjust to changing priorities.
- The ability to anticipate needs and solve job related problems independently and act with appropriate urgency.
- Advanced MS Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint skills
- Must possess valid drivers license and meet MVR requirements to operate company vehicle.
