You are a confident person with an outgoing personality. Youre someone who is looking for a company that has a fast-paced environment that is continuously growing. What youll be doing (and why youll enjoy it)
You will be responsible for managing inbound sales enquiries and coordinating lead handling activities for the leasing team. You will oversee appointment scheduling and maintain system data which ensures client communication. Overall you will be enhancing responsiveness tracking and leasing performance and love it as you will be getting the chance to know everybody as the go to person for this function.
Where youll be doing it
Youll be joining a leading property business that focuses on an entrepreneurial mindset and is gradually shifting into ecommerce and storage. You will be based in their Cape Town CBD head office Monday to Friday 8am 5pm working in fast-paced collaborative and flexible setting.
What youll need
You are a South African citizen with a Matric certificate. You have at least 2 years experience in sales and customer services (property knowledge would be an advantage). You enjoy being on the phone and communicate at corporate level English. You thrive in an environment of organised chaos and enjoy putting systems in place. You are self-driven and can manage high demands.
