Job Summary
Group and Team: Corporate Strategy Finance and Performance Group
Location: Town Hall Annexe Level 1
Employment status: Permanent Full-time
Classification: Municipal Officer Level 3
Agreement: Hobart City Council Enterprise Agreement 2024
Salary range: $91138 per annum 13.5% superannuation.

Role accountabilities include:
- Review and improve service delivery using established frameworks.
- Collect and analyse data to identify opportunities for better services.
- Map and visualise workflows through consultations and workshops.
- Turn data and feedback into clear actionable insights for improvement.
- Support reporting change initiatives and the communication of findings across the organisation.

- A Diploma in Business Administration Commerce Data Analytics or a related field or demonstrated equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data frameworks and tools like Power BI.

- Able to assess services interpret data and provide clear insights that support improvement.
