Process Control Supervisor

What Youll Be Doing

• Lead and support process optimization initiatives to improve plant performance and efficiency.
• Operate the kiln mills and other process equipment within state provincial and federal parameters for air quality standards understanding how process changes affect plant operations with respect to the permit limits.
• Communicate plant requirements to on-coming shift and maintenance personnel. Coordinate with technical support on operational matters and prepare operating shift reports.
• Train and mentor plant personnel on process control systems and best practices
• Enter locate interpret and use various layers of information using network computers DSC screens remote access panels etc. for shift reports notifications measurements inventions process measures.

Work Environment
This role operates in a heavy industrial setting including exposure to dust noise and varying temperatures. The position requires time spent both in the Control room and within the plant floor with a focus on safety compliance and collaboration.
