Were looking for a Junior Operations Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive office team. This role is perfect for a school leaver recent graduate or someone starting their career who wants a stable full-time role hands-on training and real opportunities to grow.
No construction or office experience is required well teach you everything you need to succeed.
What Youll Be Doing
Youll work alongside experienced team members who will train and support you every step of the way. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Helping schedule jobs and bookings from builders
- Assisting with ordering materials and sending purchase orders
- Communicating with our trades supervisors and office team
- Sending job completion notices and updating our systems
- Answering phone calls and emails from builders and suppliers
- Learning how our job management and scheduling systems work
Who This Role Is Perfect For
Were looking for someone who is keen to learn reliable and positive not someone who already knows everything.
You might be:
- A recent school leaver or TAFE/uni graduate
- Changing careers and looking for a fresh start
- Someone who enjoys being organised and helping a team
What Were Looking For
- A good attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills (email Word Excel full training provided)
- Friendly communication and customer service skills
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Enjoys working as part of a team
No industry experience required. No software experience required. Full training provided.
