As we continue to grow were looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our fun fast-paced and supportive team at our Dandenong South office.

Youll be at the heart of our operations helping coordinate our field teams suppliers and builders to keep projects running smoothly and customers delighted.

About the Role

As an Operations Coordinator youll play a key role in managing the day-to-day flow of work across our business. Youll be the link between our builders supervisors trades and internal teams making sure jobs are scheduled materials are ordered and communication is clear professional and customer-focused at every step.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and schedule bookings from builders
  • Coordinate installations with employees and subcontractors
  • Issue purchase orders for suppliers and contractors
  • Liaise with building supervisors and send completion notices
  • Communicate with supervisors trades and office teams to resolve scheduling and job issues
  • Support continuous improvement in our systems and processes

What Were Looking For

We welcome both experienced professionals and motivated newcomers.

Ideally youll have:

  • Experience in scheduling administration or operations (construction/building is an advantage not essential)
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office and job management systems training provided)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A calm problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive team-first attitude and a willingness to learn

Experience with AroFlo or similar systems is highly regarded but not required.
