Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly professional and organized Receptionist to join our Ford dealership team. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers and plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position requires excellent communication skills a positive attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and visitors promptly and professionally upon arrival
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
Schedule service appointments and route calls to appropriate departments
Maintain a clean welcoming reception and customer waiting area
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing data entry and document handling
Handle customer inquiries and provide general information about dealership services
Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
Support dealership staff with clerical duties as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred automotive experience a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment
Proficiency with basic computer applications (phones email scheduling systems)
Reliable punctual and team-oriented
