Essential Functions
- Manage and administer quizzes exams and role-based certification programs
- Enforce certification standards passing thresholds and retesting rules
- Track training completion exam results and certification status in UKG
- Control role readiness by approving or restricting certification-based access
- Identify repeat failures missed exams and non-compliance trends
- Escalate unresolved training failures according to defined protocols
- Partner with L&D and HR on retraining documentation and corrective action
- Produce regular reports on certification compliance and learning operations
- Audit learning records and assessment integrity for consistency and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in learning operations training compliance certification or LMS administration
- Strong experience managing LMS platforms; UKG preferred
- Background in healthcare dental call center or other regulated environments
- Proven ability to enforce pass/fail standards and documentation discipline
- Strong analytical skills with comfort reviewing performance data and trends
- Clear professional written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and consistency
