Account Manager

We specialize in the design installation service and maintenance of commercial and industrial projects. As a design-build leader our team has constructed and maintained mechanical systems for a wide variety of high-profile clients including hospitals data centers manufacturers hotels universities office buildings and more.

CCI Mechanical is seeking a motivated and client-focused Account Manager/Outside Salesto join our Service Department. This role is designed for a high-potential individual who will support seasoned Account Managers in managing commercial and industrial HVAC service accounts. The position blends inside sales support with field-based client engagement and offers a clear path for professional growth through mentorship and hands-on experience

Key Responsibilities

• • Ensure quick and effective responses to client inquiries
  • Prepare reports on the status of accounts/projects (profitability deadlines etc.)
  • Provide after-sales support to retain customers
  • Build rapport with the client by communicating regularly
  • Promote new products and services to the existing customers
  • Develop maintain and improve long-term customer partnerships
  • Negotiation of contracts according to company requirements
  • Regular reporting to the Sales Manager
  • Attend on-going trainings as requested by management

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in business or a technical discipline.

- 5 years experience in the mechanical contracting industry.

- Knowledge of various HVAC mechanical and controls systems preferred.

- Strong presentation oral and written communication skills.

- Ability to problem solve.
