Backend Software Engineer

We are looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge internal systems. You will play a key role in building scalable event-driven architectures that power our GenAI and technology management tools.

As a Software Engineer you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining robust internal services. Youll work with modern technologies including Go Python C and React to build high-performance APIs UIs and event-driven systems. Your work will directly impact the reliability and scalability of our platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop maintain and enhance code in a microservice architecture;
• Write clean efficient and well-documented code following best practices;
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all code and systems;
• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability;
• Deploy code to production environments (Kubernetes Helm) using modern CI/CD practices;
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members;
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across the application stack;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features;
• Monitor application performance and optimize code for scalability;
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications :

What distinguishes you:

• MSc or Ph.D. in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field;
• 2 years of experience in Software Engineering;
• Strong experience with C and/or Pytho and proficiency in Go;
• Experience developing and maintaining microservices and in building and testing REST APIs;
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL or MySQL;
• Basic knowledge of React or willingness to learn frontend development (UI Testing is a plus);
• Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript HTML and CSS;
• Familiarity with Kubernetes or containerization technologies;
• Interest or hands-on experience with AI Machine Learning Deep Learning Generative AI technologies (including prompt engineering) or working with/integrating Large Language Models such as GPT Claude or similar models;
• Knowledge of TensorFlow PyTorch Hugging Face LangChain or similar frameworks;
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and document technical work.
